ChefBites may use third-party delivery providers (such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, or others) to fulfill orders.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• ChefBites is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services
• Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery confirmation

5. Food Safety & Allergies

While we take reasonable precautions, our kitchens may handle common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish.

• We cannot guarantee that any item is completely allergen-free
• You are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and notifying us of any allergies
