Ordering
Placing an order is easy! Follow these steps:
- Browse restaurants in your area
- Select items and add them to your cart
- Review your order and choose delivery or pickup
- Enter your delivery address (if delivery)
- Complete payment and confirm your order
You'll receive a confirmation email and can track your order in real-time.
You can modify your order within 5 minutes of placing it, provided the restaurant hasn't started preparing it yet. To modify:
- Go to "My Orders" in your account
- Select the active order
- Click "Modify Order" if available
If the option isn't available, please contact our support team immediately.
Minimum order requirements vary by restaurant. You'll see the minimum order amount displayed on each restaurant's page.
Delivery
Delivery times vary based on several factors:
- Restaurant preparation time: Typically 15-30 minutes
- Distance: 10-25 minutes for delivery
- Current demand: May be longer during peak hours
You'll see an estimated delivery time when placing your order.
Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Some restaurants offer free delivery for orders over a certain amount.
Yes! Real-time tracking is available. Go to "My Orders" and select your active order to view live tracking.
If your order is significantly delayed, check the tracking page for updates and contact our support team if needed.
Payment & Billing
We accept all major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash for delivery orders.
For card payments, you'll be charged immediately when you place your order. For cash, you pay the driver on arrival.
Contact support within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Account & Settings
Click "Register" in the top menu, enter your email, name, and phone number, create a password, and verify your email. You can also order as a guest.
Log in, go to "Addresses" from your account menu, then add, edit, or delete addresses as needed.
Yes. All data is encrypted with SSL, payment information is never stored on our servers, and your information is never sold to third parties.
